Step One: Initial Consultation

Call us or email to make an appointment for a consultation with a locally and internationally recognised kitchen designer.
At the consultation, we will discuss your brief and get as much information as possible to understand your individual needs and requirements for the space in terms of aesthetics, function, and budget.
You can look at many examples of previous work we have delivered on our website.
We require a copy of your house plans, or we will visit your place to do an extensive measure of the existing space available.
After this first consultation, the engagement fee invoice will be sent to you for $1500 + GST.

Please note: The engagement fee is credited off the cost of your new kitchen when you place an order. However, it is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed

Step Two: Design Proposal

Once we prepared an initial design, renders and quote, we will meet you for a second consultation to discuss and help you to see exactly what your new kitchen will look like in your space. From here the drawings can be fine-tuned and products can be agreed on for accurate pricing.
At this stage, we can also help you find a builder and other tradies required to proceed with your project and manage the entire process for you from beginning to end.
Additional services we provide are comprehensive project management from demolishing your existing cabinets to complete renovation of your house.
We will define the project scope and prepare a detailed project plan outlining tasks and timelines.
We will provide you with a quote outlining the required budget that includes costs of materials, labour and other relevant expenses.
We will constantly keep you informed about the progress of the project.
Once the renovation is completed, we can help you create an aesthetically pleasing space by helping you purchase furniture and accessories.
We are here to help you create a well-designed and functional interior space.

Step Three: Detailed Proposal and Agreement

We will return with an updated quotation for your kitchen based on the refined plans. A 10% deposit is required before any drawings are released. If required, further amendments will then be made to your plans before copies are issued to all appropriate parties.
Upon your acceptance of the proposal, we will proceed with a further 40% Deposit.
If there are additional services involved (such as the builder cost etc.) then we will present you the quote for your consideration and approval at this stage as well. A deposit of 50% is required upon approval.

Step Four: Production/Project Management

Production time starts once the final site measurement is done, documents are approved and signed. During this phase, our team works diligently to bring the design to life. Delivery of your individually made Kitchen will be approximately six to eight weeks from sign-off date. An installation date is mutually agreed upon. We will continue to liaise with all contractors and tradies involved in the project to monitor the conditions and progress of the site.

This will help keep the process smooth and headache-free for you.

Step Five: Delivery and Installation

We require another 45% payment before delivery and a 5% payment on the completion of the project. Our team will proceed with the cabinetry delivery and installation, benchtop and splashback templating, manufacturing, and installation. The actual installation of your cabinetry is likely to take between 3 to 5 days. Benchtop and Splashback templating and manufacturing may take up to 10 working days.
The timeframe of the job of other contractors and tradies involved will depend on individual projects discussed and determined with each individual client case-by-case.

Step Six: Project Completion and Final Walkthrough

Once the production and installation are complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that everything meets your expectations and sign the Installation Completion Form.

Step Seven: Project Handover

After the final walkthrough, we provide you with all the necessary documentation, warranties, and care instructions (where possible) for your newly customised kitchen or other custom – made cabinetry. We hand over the completed project to you, ready for you to enjoy and create lasting memories.
